Mini Donut Muffins

These mini donut muffins are sort of “healthy” because I used graham flour, flaxseed flour, and wheat germ in place of more than half of the flour. I also used raw cane sugar and grapeseed oil instead of white sugar and butter. They are nutty and flavorful and have just the right amount of butter, sugar, and cinnamon coating.
